The fine print

Texting terms.

What we text you about, how you agree, and how to stop.

Swim in Style texts its customers about their own pool service. These terms say what we send, how you agree, and how to stop. In effect from November 6, 2026.

What we text you about

  • A report after each visit: your water readings, what we added, the work done, and a link to the full report and photos.
  • A change to your visit day, or an extra visit.
  • Your invoice when it is ready, and a reminder while it is still open.
  • A quote waiting for your approval.
  • A note when we came but could not service your pool, and why.
  • A note when we are on the way, if we have those turned on.
  • Answers from our office when you text us.

We never text you advertising, and we never text anyone who has not agreed.

How you agree

When you sign up for service, or any time after, tell us you would like texts: in person, on the phone, or on a signed form. We write down how and when you agreed. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying our service.

How often

Message frequency varies: usually one report after each visit, and a few more when we bill or change your day.

Rates, stopping and help

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any text. We send one text to confirm, and nothing after that. To start again, reply START.
  • For help: reply HELP, call (631) 488‑5403, or email [email protected].
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number

Your mobile number and your agreement to texts are never shared or sold for anyone's marketing. Our privacy policy says what we keep and who helps us send texts.
